Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Unopened products

Because these are research materials, opened or used vials cannot be returned for safety and integrity reasons. Unopened items may be eligible for return within 14 days at our discretion.
